Hello, traveler across time.

In a distant pocket of spacetime, poverty, illness, or scarcity has trapped a place outside the flow of progress. Its people are caught in a gravity well of stalled time, unable to climb out on their own.

Right now, the moment you occupy has become entangled with theirs — a quantum bond stretched across the gap. When you observe a particle held in superposition here, it forces a collapse there: their reality snaps forward, pulled out of the trap and into your present.

Your will is now bound to a young person in that village. Each entanglement — your observation, their collapse, the pull through time — obligates them to perform one act of care for their elders: visiting someone frail, trimming an elderly neighbor's nails, washing shoes too stiff to bend for, cutting hair, cooking a meal. Sometimes it's heavier work — turning soil, hauling bricks, clearing debris. The bond is fixed: every collapse you trigger becomes a kindness delivered.
